Changes of speed impact both base design & dynamic lighting requirements.

e.g. higher speeds = longer stopping distances = longer tunnel ‘zones’, also potentially higher Lth due to a larger/brighter driver “field of view” at the SSD.

Changes in the volume/density and or a ratio of vehicles impact a motorists ‘field of view’
